保険診療における予約料・キャンセル料について

2026年6月の診療報酬改定に伴い、保険診療においても、一定の条件下でキャンセル料の徴収が認められることとなりました。

当院では、2026年5月よりキャンセル料について患者様へご説明してまいりましたが、2026年5月29日に厚生労働省より、キャンセル料の対象は「選定療養における予約に基づく診察」に限られる旨が示されました。

これに伴い、横山医師の診察を前日以前にご予約いただく場合は、選定療養として予約料100円をご負担いただきます。
また、当該予約について患者様都合による直前キャンセル・無断キャンセルがあった場合には、別途キャンセル料が発生する場合がございます。
なお、予約料につきましては新たに設定することとなりましたため、患者様にはご来院時に順次ご説明をさせていただきます。

制度の内容をご理解いただき、ご同意いただいた患者様につきましては、次回以降のご予約より予約料を頂戴いたします。

Regarding Reservation Fees and Cancellation Fees for Insurance-Covered Appointments

Due to revisions to the medical fee system effective June 2026, cancellation fees may be charged under certain circumstances for insurance-covered medical appointments.

Our clinic has been informing patients about our cancellation policy since May 2026. However, following additional guidance issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on May 29, 2026, cancellation fees may only be applied to appointments made under a reservation system that qualifies as a special selected medical service.

Accordingly, when an appointment with Dr. Yokoyama is made at least one day in advance, a reservation fee of ¥100 will be charged as part of this reservation system.

In addition, late cancellations or no-shows for such appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

As this reservation fee is being newly introduced, we will explain the system to patients during their visits. Patients who understand and agree to the terms will be charged the reservation fee starting from their next eligible appointment.
