難治性ニキビの内服治療「アクネトレント（イソトレチノイン）」を導入しました

繰り返すニキビや、保険診療の治療を続けてもなかなか改善しないニキビに対して、当院ではイソトレチノイン内服治療もできるようになりました。

イソトレチノインは、
✔️ 皮脂の分泌を強力に抑える
✔️ 毛穴のつまりを改善する
✔️ ニキビの炎症を抑える
ことで、ニキビをできにくくしていく内服薬です。

特に、
・何度も繰り返すニキビ
・皮脂が多く、炎症性ニキビができやすい
・塗り薬や抗菌薬などで十分な効果が得られなかった
・ニキビ跡が増える前にしっかり治療したい

という方に検討する治療です。

⚠️ 効果が高い一方、注意が必要なお薬です。

唇や皮膚の乾燥、肝機能・脂質異常などの副作用がみられることがあるため、当院では定期的な診察・採血を行いながら処方します。

また、妊娠中・妊娠を希望されている方は服用できません。
服用中および服用終了後一定期間は、適切な避妊が必要です。

・10mg　1錠 550円
・20mg　1錠 660円
・採血　5,500円

初回は採血を行い、まず15日分からスタートします。

We are pleased to announce that oral isotretinoin treatment (AKNETRENT) is now available at our clinic for patients with recurrent or persistent acne that has not improved sufficiently with standard treatments.

Isotretinoin works by:
✔️ Significantly reducing sebum (oil) production
✔️ Preventing clogged pores
✔️ Reducing acne-related inflammation

This treatment may be considered especially for patients who:
・Have persistent or recurrent acne
・Have oily skin and frequent inflammatory acne
・Have not achieved sufficient improvement with topical treatments or oral antibiotics
・Want to control acne before further acne scarring develops

⚠️ Isotretinoin is highly effective, but careful monitoring is required.

Possible side effects include dry lips and skin, as well as changes in liver function and blood lipid levels. For this reason, we prescribe isotretinoin with regular medical check-ups and blood tests.

Isotretinoin must not be taken during pregnancy or by those who are planning to become pregnant.
Appropriate contraception is required during treatment and for a specified period after stopping the medication.

💰 Private treatment (not covered by Japanese health insurance)
・10 mg: ¥550 per capsule
・20 mg: ¥660 per capsule
・Blood test: ¥5,500

At your first visit, we will perform a blood test and initially prescribe a 15-day supply.
