当院では、指先からの少量採血でできるアレルギー検査「アレナビ45＋1」を導入しました。

アレナビ45＋1とは？

食物・ダニ・花粉・カビ・動物など、代表的なアレルギーの原因を一度に45項目調べることができる検査です。
さらに「非特異的IgE」も測定するため、特定のアレルゲンだけでなく、アレルギー体質の程度を確認する目安にもなります。
※血液型検査ご希望の方はお申し出ください。同時に調べることができます。(別途3,300円/自費）です。

アレナビ45＋1の特徴

● 45種類のアレルゲンをまとめて検査
食物、ダニ・ハウスダスト、花粉、カビ、動物など、身近なアレルゲンを幅広く調べられます。

● 注射不要！指先から少量採血
通常の腕からの静脈採血ではなく、指先から少量の血液を採取して検査します。
「注射が苦手」「採血が怖い」という方にもおすすめです。

● お子さまにもおすすめ
採血量が少なく身体への負担が少ないため、通常の採血が難しい小さなお子さまのアレルギー検査にも適しています。

費用について

症状があり、医師がアレルギー検査を必要と判断した場合は健康保険が適用されます。

3割負担の場合：検査費用 約4,000円前後
※別途、初診料または再診料、その他の診療費がかかります。
※自己負担額は保険の負担割合や診療内容によって異なります。
※医療証をお持ちのお子さまは、自治体の制度に応じた自己負担となります。

We have introduced a new allergy test called “AlleNavi 45+1,” which requires only a small amount of blood collected from the fingertip.

What is AlleNavi 45+1?

AlleNavi 45+1 is a blood test that can check for 45 common allergens at once, including foods, dust mites, pollen, molds, and animals.

It also measures total IgE (non-specific IgE), which can provide an indication of your overall tendency to develop allergic reactions.

※ Blood type testing is also available upon request and can be performed at the same time.
Additional fee: ¥3,300 (not covered by insurance)

Features of AlleNavi 45+1

● Tests for 45 allergens at once
The test covers a wide range of common allergens, including foods, dust mites, house dust, pollen, molds, and animals.

● No venous blood draw — only a small fingertip sample
Unlike conventional blood tests, there is no need to draw blood from a vein in the arm. Only a small amount of blood is collected from the fingertip, making the test a good option for patients who are afraid of needles or blood draws.

● Suitable for young children
Because only a small amount of blood is required, the test places less burden on the patient and may be suitable for young children who have difficulty with conventional blood draws.

Cost

If you have allergy-related symptoms and the doctor determines that allergy testing is medically necessary, the test is covered by Japanese health insurance.

For patients with a 30% copayment: approximately ¥4,000 for the test

※ Your actual out-of-pocket cost may vary depending on your insurance coverage and the medical services provided.
※ Children with a valid Medical Subsidy Certificate (医療証) may use it for this test. Your copayment will depend on the subsidy program provided by your local municipality.
