About Aesthetic (Self-Paid) Treatments
We consider aesthetic medicine as an option to address concerns that cannot be fully resolved with insurance-covered treatments alone.
For example, for patients struggling with acne, we begin with treatments available under insurance. If symptoms do not fully improve, if further enhancement is desired, or if the concern involves acne scars—which are not typically covered by insurance—we may recommend aesthetic medical treatments. Likewise, concerns such as spots, wrinkles, and sagging, which are not eligible for insurance coverage from the outset, are approached through aesthetic medicine. Beyond treating medical conditions, we believe it is also important to maintain healthy skin on a daily basis and to pursue a more radiant and beautiful appearance.

Greeting
Hello, nice to meet you. I have personally struggled with allergic conditions such as childhood asthma and allergic rhinitis. From my mid-20s, I also faced persistent skin troubles and dry skin, which led me to seek care from dermatologists. These experiences have shaped my approach, and I always strive to provide care that is empathetic and attentive to each patient’s feelings.
At the university hospital, I worked in both general dermatology and specialized psoriasis clinics, treating conditions ranging from common issues like athlete’s foot to advanced treatments including biologic therapies. During graduate school, I focused on research into atopic dermatitis, earning a doctoral degree. Drawing on these experiences, I aim to provide comprehensive care for both everyday skin concerns and more specialized medical needs.
On a personal note, I am a big fan of Shiba Inu dogs. I also enjoy fishing, going out to the sea, and indulging in sweet treats in my free time.
